Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your physical item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging and materials included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or cancellation request, use the Returns & Cancellations link in our store footer or contact us at hi@practicepilotcards.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Digital products are final sale. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to receive immediate access and understand that once access begins, you lose your right of withdrawal.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Sale items may be non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your physical product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and materials included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to digital products once access has begun, provided you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
